Thirty days from delivery, unworn, with tags attached.

How to return

1. Email team@kairolabs.dev with your order number.
2. We send a return label within one working day.
3. Drop the parcel at any pickup point.

Returns from France and the EU are free. Elsewhere the label costs $12, deducted from the refund.

Refunds

Processed within five working days of the parcel reaching us, to the original payment method.

Exchanges

We do not hold stock for exchanges — runs are small and sell through. Return the piece for a refund and reorder the size you want.
